Overview
This program is an introduction program when starting to work with a client or a new project with an existing client. Through this program we will assess the challenges the client experience and determine how our expertise can help the client to move forward.
About the program
The purpose of this program is to understand the challenges the client experience and determine how our expertise can help the client to move forward. This is the first program we start with a new client and will not move forward without commencing with this program first. During this program we will establish the challenges, goals and results of the client. Jointly we will establish the scope of the project in order to minimize or eliminate scope creep. Equally we will establish during the program, whether we are a good fit and if we can work together as a team to achieve the results the client aspire to achieve.
Structure of the program
The program will run for a period of 3 – 4 weeks.
During the program:
ü You will have access to me via phone should you need any advice
ü You will have access to me via email should you need any help or advice with any of your challenges
ü I will do a business analysis on your business site to establish the key challenges and to verify it against our initial conversations.
ü You will provide the business information and data as required from time to time to provide a proper analysis of your business, department or division.
ü I will provide feedback and recommendations continuously throughout the program.
ü Interviews if needed can be done with key players, suppliers and customers in order to understand the challenges of the business, department or division.
ü At the end of the program, I will provide you with an analysis report for you to use as a road map going forward.
ü After the program you can decide if you will utilize the expertise of another party or whether you would like me to assist you with the implementation of the recommendations.
Results the program will provide to your business:
Ø I will do a thorough analysis of your business in all areas to establish the challenges you experience.
Ø After going through the program, you will have a clear road map as to what is wrong and recommendations as to what to do to fix it.
Ø We will jointly develop a proposal and scope for an implementation project, reflecting the results you require and what it would look like.
Ø You will be able to establish a relationship with me and decide if I have the expertise to help you achieve your results.
